What is included in the Orient Express Corinthian fare?
Accommodation:
The Orient Express Corinthian offer includes luxurious all-suite staterooms with Butler service throughout. Jacuzzis and Sunbeds are available in some suites.
Culinary options:
Epicurean delights are also included with two gourmet restaurants and two private dining restaurants. Eight elegant bars and lounges with fine wines, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages. In-suite dining is also included 24-hour.
Entertainment and Leisure:
On board entertainment such as live music, interactive programs, workshops, Marina platform, watersports, two swimming pools, game room, library, cinema, recording studio, kids club (select cruises) and unlimited WiFi by Starlink are included in base fare.
Wellness and relaxation:
The Orient Express Corinthian experience also includes wellness offers such as hammam, sauna, and movement studio with instructor-led classes.
Bespoke ashore inclusions:
Our top range inclusive experiences ranging from Gala evenings, art & lifestyle
events, and private beach days in exclusive venues.

Our dedicated team welcomes you at the airport, takes care of your luggage, and ensures a smooth transfer to your hotel, the city, or directly to the terminal. At the end of your voyage, we remain by your side. We handle your disembarkation with care, organizing your luggage and arranging seamless transfers back to the airport or into the city.

What are the accepted payment methods for securing reservations?
We accept payment via credit card (Visa, American Express, MasterCard) and through bank transfer.
Is there any group discount?
For groups of 6 suites minimum and up to 12 suites, and a value-added amenity of a 300€ onboard credit per person with a private welcome reception.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cruise cancellation requests received within 120 days of the Sailing Date will be subject to the following cancellation fees:
- 121+ days prior departure: Full refund*
- 120 days prior departure: 25% of the total amount
- 90 days prior departure: 50% of the total amount
- 60 days prior departure: 75% of the total amount
- 30 days prior departure: 100% of the total amount
*Minus administration fee (500€ per suite) not refundable, can be used for future bookings.
Guests are encouraged to take travel insurance to seek refunds.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
When is Embarkation and Disembarkation?
Effortless Embarkation & Disembarkation
Embarkation varies by port but typically begins at 15:00 and is available up to 30 minutes before departure, allowing you to settle in as suggested in the booking information. Our team is on hand to welcome you warmly, assist with luggage, and ensure a smooth start to your journey.
Disembarkation takes place in the morning, shortly after the vessel has received clearance. As always, we take care of every detail—organizing your luggage and providing seamless transfers—so your departure is as effortless as your arrival.
What documents are needed for boarding?
Travel Documents & Health Requirements
To ensure a smooth boarding experience, all guests must hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond the end of the voyage. Please ensure that the name on your passport exactly matches the name on your booking, in accordance with airline and port security regulations.
Guests will be asked to provide their passport, nationality, any medical conditions and other mandatory information prior to travel and prior to release of their guest boarding documents. This information will be gathered after final payment has been made and will include a request for guest special preferences.
It is the guest’s responsibility to secure all required visas, health documents, and entry permits for the destinations on the itinerary. Visa and passport requirements vary by country—we strongly recommend consulting your local embassy well in advance.
Additionally, all guests are required to complete a health questionnaire within 72 hours prior to departure.
Please note: Guests without the proper travel and health documentation will not be permitted to board and the fare will be non-refundable.
Can I book a transfer from the airport to the cruise terminal?
Personalized Airport Transfers
From the moment you land, our Meet & Greet team is at your service. Simply provide your flight details in advance in My Yacht Account Portal or to your personal Conciergerie. You’ll be escorted to a private vehicle for a smooth and comfortable transfer to the cruise terminal or your pre-voyage hotel.
Airport transfers are available for arrivals within 50 miles (80 km) for our Signature Suites, and up to 100 miles (160 km) for Penthouse Suites.

ONBOARD SERVICE
What should I wear on the Orient Express Corinthian yacht?
While there is no strict dress code aboard the Orient Express Corinthian, we suggest a "Yacht Casual" attire for most occasions. For dining at La Table de L'Orient Express by Yannick Alléno, we recommend wearing a sport coat, evening jacket, tuxedo, or cocktail dress to enhance the dining experience. The dress code for shore excursions varies depending on the activity; casual chic is suitable for dining on the beach or in a vineyard, while elegant cocktail attire is recommended for more formal events such as Gala evenings.
Are children permitted on board?
Children are allowed between 2 to 12 years old on select sailings. For these special voyages, we offer family-friendly experiences aboard and ashore. These cruises are fully compatible with children, featuring onboard activities tailored to their interests such as "Les Petits Voyageurs" OE program. Additionally, we provide babysitting services on demand for excursions or gala dinners.
Are pets permitted on board?
Pets are not allowed aboard unless a special assistance dog. Guests must book a suite with balcony for ventilation and provide proper documentation.
Can Orient Express Corinthian accommodate special dietary preferences?
Most dietary requests can be accommodated on board. Please communicate any dietary preferences, such as gluten-free, low sodium, or peanut allergies, prior to sailing with your Conciergerie or My Yacht Account Portal. While we strive to meet most dietary needs, please note that we are unable to prepare specific religious meals due to the limitations of our onboard kitchens and staff.
Are there laundry services on board?
Yes, laundry services such as dry cleaning are available on board and are conveniently included in the fare. This ensures you can enjoy a worry-free and luxurious experience without the need to handle laundry yourself.
Is there a beauty salon on board?
A beauty salon is available for women, offering hair styling, cutting, and blow-dry services, as well as makeup, manicure, and pedicure treatments in a serene, elegant space with captivating sea views.
For men, Le Barbier provides premier hair styling, cutting, beard grooming, and blow-dry services all with stunning sea views. We encourage guests to make reservations prior to sailing through your Conciergerie or My Yacht Account Portal. Bookings can also be made once on board through the Concierge Desk.
What activities or entertainment will be available on board?
Our yacht offers a diverse range of included activities and entertainment options to ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience for all guests. You can look forward to live music performances by talented musicians in various venues throughout the yacht. Engage in interactive programs and workshops designed to entertain and educate.
Take advantage of our marina platform and its inflatable extension, equipped with both motorized and non-motorized water toys, such as electric surfboards, underwater scooters or paddleboards. Relax and unwind in our luxurious swimming pools or indulge in a variety of treatments in our SPA.
Experience captivating shows and performances in our cabaret, find a quiet retreat in our library, enjoy a variety of games in our dedicated game room, and watch classic favorites in our onboard cinema. Adding to the unique offerings, Orient Express Corinthian features a recording studio equipped with drums, piano, and guitars, allowing both professionals and amateurs to play, practice, compose, and even record their music. These activities and entertainment options cater to all interests, ensuring every moment on board is filled with enjoyment and relaxation.
Are shuttle services available at the ports of call?
Complimentary Shuttle Service
For your convenience, when the yacht is positioned outside the city center and not within walking distance, we offer a complimentary shuttle service.
Guests who do not have a scheduled experience or excursion booked can still enjoy easy access to the heart of the destination—comfortably and effortlessly.
Your journey ashore is always taken care of.
Can I reserve excursions outside of the ones planned?
On Orient Express Sailing Yachts, the ability to discover a destination from the sea is our signature. We offer a variety of ways to discover each port including:
- A curated collection of included Destination Experiences
- Small group or private optional excursions
- The ability to custom create a dream experience
Whether you wish to uncover a hidden gem, indulge in a private cultural moment, or explore a destination in your own unique way, your journey can be tailored entirely to your preferences.
Due to the bespoke nature of your experiences, we recommend booking early to allow time to develop your custom experiences. Reservations for optional experiences open 120 days prior to departure after final payment.
Please note that additional costs may apply depending on the nature, duration, and exclusivity of the experience.
Can I book a tour in my language besides English?
We can guarantee a guide speaking the language of your choice. Less than 60 days prior to the cruise, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the presence an onshore guide speaking the language of your choice.
Can I smoke onboard?
Smoking is permitted onboard, but only in designated areas. You can smoke at the Speakeasy bar and on dedicated spaces on the outside decks.
However, smoking on guest terraces & balconies is strictly prohibited to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
Please be aware that failure to comply with these rules may result in a fine.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Are medical services available on board?
Yes, we have comprehensive medical services available on board. Our facilities include a fully equipped hospital on Deck 3 with a pharmacy. Please note, we recommend guests bring their medication and a copy of their prescription. The yacht is equipped with one doctor and one nurse on call 24/7, and all staff are trained in first aid. The hospital is equipped with emergency equipment for exams, X-rays, and analyses for initial diagnosis. If needed, guests can consult a specialist doctor either ashore or aboard. Depending on the risk of the activity, a nurse or doctor may accompany the guest.
Can I sail if I am pregnant?
As the vessel is not equipped for assistance during pregnancy and childbirth, pregnant women are allowed to cruise if they have not reached their 24th week of pregnancy during the cruise (embarkation and disembarkation included).
All pregnant women are required to provide, when boarding the yacht, a medical certificate, issued by a specialist gynecologist, attesting to their fitness to take part in the cruise until the end of it.
Can someone with mobility limitations travel with us?
Our yacht is equipped to accommodate guests with disabilities. We offer two accessible suites conveniently located near the elevators. These suites are designed with adapted equipment to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay.
Public spaces are generally wheelchair accessible on the yacht, and we have emergency-use wheelchairs available. However, guests requiring wheelchairs should bring their own.
Disabled guests are welcome to participate in all included experiences, with some activities adjusted for accessibility. Guests should be self-sufficient or assisted by their companions for ashore experiences. If this is not feasible, special assistance can be arranged at an additional cost.
